Our stay was comfortable, with a spacious room and a delicious breakfast. The staff was polite and helpful, and the view was excellent, giving us a great sense of the surroundings. The hot springs were relaxing and rejuvenating, while the shuttle service was prompt and efficient, taking us to nearby attractions.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not have a private hot spring tub as advertised.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the man in the breakfast restaurant who had excellent English skills. Our room was spacious, and the view from it was spectacular. We also loved the onsen, which was an incredible experience. Lastly, the shuttle service was convenient and easy to use once we figured out the schedule.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel or its location, had a wonderful stay.

We spend amazing Xmas days in this hotel. The onsen was the best part of our stay. We could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious and staff members were kind and helpful. The view over the city from our spacious room was breathtaking and made our Xmas unforgettable. The shuttle service from the train station was convenient and we didn't have to worry about transportation.
The room needed a bit of repair, but nothing that affected our stay. We had misunderstood the information about the private hot-springs tub/room and were disappointed to find out that it didn't exist.

The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were great for a business trip. the highlight of the stay was definitely the hot springs, which were amazing. the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the view from the room overlooking the city was spectacular and added to the overall experience.
One of the major disappointments was the lack of a private hot-springs tub/room, which was advertised. the "unit bath" was cramped, and the plastic molding in the room seemed to be in need of repair.
